Aventus Biolabs was founded in 2015. We’re part of Aventus Health, a dynamic healthcare group that also directly owns hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare services and facilities across the U.S. Like all Aventus Health companies, we bring to market game-changing innovations that help providers deliver effective precision medicine—and help patients live healthier lives.
Dr. Nagi Youssef is the visionary owner and chairman of Aventus Health. With degrees in medicine and surgery, Dr. Youssef practiced internal medicine for 25 years before moving his family to the U.S. in 1993, and completing the U.S. Board exam in 1996. In 2005, Dr. Youssef left his medical practice to teach, ultimately leading the development of a new curriculum for the Pharmacy Technicians Associates Program Seminole College. He founded Aventus Health in 2012, and continues to direct the company’s specialized pharmacies in Orlando, Tampa and West Palm Beach. His recent focus has been the development of innovative healthcare facilities like Aventus MedCi—a 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical facility in Oviedo, Florida, featuring an urgent care center, outpatient surgery, on-site pharmacy, research labs, sixty physician specialties and a conference center.
Always active in the local community, Dr. Youssef is a member of the Winter Springs/Oviedo Chamber of Commerce and the exclusive sponsor of the ABA’s Orlando Waves Basketball team. He is also an avid soccer fan, regularly attending games at the Orlando City Soccer Club.
